The homeowner must reside in property as the primary residence and must have owned the home for at least one year. The property must be located outside the 100-year flood plain and within the eligible Travis County CDBG service area for the program year(s) providing funding, including unincorporated areas of Travis County and any participating small cities.  Existing single-family home, including townhomes and condos, are eligible. Manufactured housing must have a permanent foundation and be on a lot owned by the homeowner.

All property taxes and mortgage payments must be current. Payment plans are acceptable as long as you, the property owner, are current on the tax payment plan.
